A referral is not required to access our assessment or therapy service.

 

If our doctor has provided a VALID Letter of Referral, then access to Medicare Rebates may apply. Once it has been determined that we are an appropriate service for you, and, if you have a referral, it must be faxed or emailed to us before your child or adolescent's initial appointment. Medicare or Private rebate claims are the responsibility of the client.

We accept all referrals for assessment including self referral. 

We are conveniently located near Westfield Shopping Centre. Street parking is available. Our location is most convenient for residents of Hornsby and surrounding areas including, Waitara, Wahroonga, Asquith, North Turramurra, Turramurra, Normanhurst, Thornleigh, Hornsby Heights, Pennant Hills, and Central Coast areas.
